1. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS-An address can only be changed on a processed order if the package has not yet shipped. Email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately once the error is noticed with the correct mailing address. If the order has already been shipped no changes can be made.
2. HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE AFTER AN EMAIL/PHONE CALL IS MADE- We will respond within 72 hours after receiving an email or voicemail message.
3. IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED-No, there are no limits to the amount of products that can be purchased by a single customer at this time.
4. IS SHIPPING OFFERED OUTSIDE THE U.S.A-Yes, international shipping is available (international shipping rates and other costs may apply and shipping times will be extended beyond the 5-7 business days).
5. WHAT IF THERE IS A DELAY IN MY SHIPMENT-Once items are sent to the designated delivery courier USPS, ColorMania Essentials has no control over any delays that may take place and can't be held liable. We partner with the best to try and decrease the chances of unforeseen circumstances. All orders once shipped will receive a tracking#.
6. CAN AN ORDER BE CANCELED-Once an order is placed it can't be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS
7. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST AND/OR STOLEN- If the tracking# states the package has been delivered and you have not received your package you must contact the delivery service USPS. ColorMania Essentials is not liable/responsible for packages that states delivered.
8. WHAT IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER- If a package has been returned back to ColorMania Essentials we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to send the package back out.
